I enjoy making this with my grand-kids. This rich and creamy hot chocolate is easy to make, and it is delicious. - 4 cup whole milk - 3 Tbsp coco powder - 3 Tbsp semisweet chocolate (finely chopped) - 4 Tbsp sugar - 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder - Pinch of salt - Sweetened whipped cream (for serving) - Bring milk to a simmer in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Whisk in cocoa powder until no lumps remain, add sugar and chocolate and cook, whisking frequently, until mixture is smooth and creamy and chocolate is melted, about 5 minutes. - Divide hot chocolate among mugs. Top with whipped cream. The post Homemade Hot Chocolate appeared first on Manjula's Kitchen.
